A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

GameBreak is a 2D Puzzler about hacking into the game itself and cheating in order to defeat the different challenges!  You have to use the in-game terminal to input text-based commands and 'cheat' by increasing your jump or changing the gravity to beat each level.

This is the full version, also shown at Bucharest Gaming Week on the 8th and 9th of December!

GameBreak - Extra Levels - contains 11 extra levels that were made after the competition, but that weren't ultimately finished. We decided to still release them in this unfinished state since they do offer new, interesting challenges that the base levels didn't.

GameBreak Teaser - is the demo version we've shown before Bucharest Gaming Week

How do I access the terminal? I tried everything. I pressed every button on my keyboard. I looked outside the window it self. And nothings working, please help me.

Lots of fun! I wanted to be a game designer growing up and this reminded me so much of those times. I like that the game will literally allow you to break it, all that matters is you finish the level. Very clever!
I am having trouble figuring out the extra levels? They don't load with the terminal so I don't seem to be able to change any code, and I can't figure out fully how to load them in.

That was a fun game, I hope you plan to expand it and add more, I look forward to seeing it.

Thank you for playing the game and for the video, we're glad you liked it!  We do plan on continuing to work on the game and turning it into a fully fledged game, with way more commands and hackable objects! =D

Also, thank you for showing us the bugs with the "spawner2.rate" command not working and the terminal cursor not being in the correct position, I have fixed them and they should be available in the next build of the game :)
